Why Are Glasses so Expensive?

Book Appointment

One of the questions opticians and optometrists hear the most is “Why are glasses so expensive”?

It’s a good question. But it’s not a simple answer. To really explore the cost and value of eyewear, we have to consider how often we wear it, how long we wear it for, and what we get out of the investment.

I’ve put together this awesome infographic detailing the average cost of a pair of glasses, and what that means in the context of daily life! Once you take a look at the numbers, it starts making a lot more sense.
